Sleepless nights, crying baby, marital stress? Learn an extraordinary approach to calming your baby. New parents will learn step-by-step how to help babies sleep longer and how to soother even the fussiest infant in minutes…or less! The class includes: the missing 4th trimester, the calming reflex, the 5 S’s and the Cuddle Cure. Open to expecting and new parents.

Infant CPR Class
Learn life saving rescue skills in an enjoyable one-hour class and practice skills with your very own CPR Teddy™. The innovative CPR Teddy™ provides in-class and at-home instruction with step-by-step visual and audio guidance for infant and child CPR. The infant sized CPR Teddy™ gives a realistic experience and includes a durable face mask which allows for repeated practices.

Making Your Own Baby Food
Watching your baby grow is an amazing experience but when it comes to getting ready to feed your little one solids, where do you begin? This class is meant to be an overview of the basics preparing food in your own kitchen and how easy and cost effective it truly can become. Topics of discussion will include: What comes first fruits or veggies? Allergie concerns, How to properly puree, freeze and store your fresh baby food and baby recipes to take home with that day. This class is taught by a local mom who has hands-on experience with making her own purees and a degreed nutritionalist to help answer allergy and dietary questions.
